Milton completed his Cooking Matters classes at the South Memphis Farmers Market

I want to thank Chef Karen and Sous Chef Brittney for some amazing cooking classes. I had a chance to learn how to prepare some great healthy meals.

We finished our last class by cooking Stuffed Pasta Shells with turkey, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. For dessert, we made Chocolate Mousse. We also made a healthy spinach salad with tomatoes, carrots, walnuts, and feta cheese.
It was delicious!
